Before putting any effort into creating web and blog pages you should consider how you intend to get people to visit your blog, and your content. Selling a product or service or conveying an opinion or information means getting traffic. Put all of your efforts into getting as much traffic as you can from the search engines. The search engines generate targeted traffic and the best news is that it costs you absolutely nothing.
Search engines depend on their accuracy and relevance of their results. The more relevant and precise the search results the better the user experience and therefore the greater the chance the user will return. User loyalty directly translates to a stronger brand and higher revenues for the search engines. You and your web pages face a similar challenge.Persuade users to come back to your web pages over and over again.
So what is it you need to do?. You have two options and you can use both. You can create and publish great content and persuade other web site owners to link to it or you can advertise on the search engines using PPC (Pay Per Click).
As far as all of the search engines are concerned nothing exists on the internet without a keyword or a key phrase. Keywords tell the search engines what the user is looking for. The search engine refers to a gigantic index to retrieve a list of the web pages it deems to be the most relevant to the keywords the user entered. All search engines determine what will be returned in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages) by using two measures- authority and relevance.

When you hear the term “internet marketing“, what do you think of?
For many, that term conjures thoughts of websites or spamming or search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing. For others, it’s all about graphical design, writing fancy code or even affiliate programs. All of those answers correct, but the essence of internet marketing is much simpler.
At its core, internet marketing is about these things:
* Understanding the target market to which the product/service/cause you’re marketing will appeal
* Determining exactly how your target market interacts with the internet
* Positioning your content on the internet to attract the attention of your target market

Since there is insufficient space in this article to give all of these topics adequate attention, let’s focus on just one specific topic with the realm of internet marketing: Email Marketing.
My best payoff has always come by focusing on permission-based email marketing. Permission-based email marketing refers to the practice of collecting information (including email addresses) from website visitors and communicating with them via e-mail with their direct consent. The “permission” aspect of permission-based email marketing is what separates legitimate email marketers from the spammers that everyone despises.

Unique articles represent an effective and inexpensive way to integrate keywords and key phrases onto a website, as well as attract backlinks naturally. Search engine optimization (SEO), a method for enhancing the on-page attributes that search engines will ultimately score your page on, will almost always credit “natural” actions higher than forced or man-made actions. The differences can be subtle, or painfully obvious.
One example is the number of backlinks pointing to your site. When a search engine spiders your site, it counts both inbound and outbound links. As an example, on this visit the spiders counted 15 inbound links and 40 outbound links. When they spider your site the next week, they count 115 inbound links and the same 40 outbound links. What’s wrong with this picture? Even worse, many of the new inbound links are from pharmacy sites, dating sites and “1st page listing on Google” for $99 sites! Since the number of outbound links stayed the same there probably wasn’t a trade. That leaves buying links. If there is one thing Google really dislikes… it’s the buying of links. With this information so easy to find, I am often bewildered at the number of people who still try it, despite the consequences, and when caught say, “But I didn’t know…”
Your goal, of course, is to get your page listed on the first page of the search results. It is important to not over use (spamming), or under use (not visible enough) the key words you want to show up under in the search engines. This is known as Keyword Density. There are differing opinions as to what is the optimal density for keywords or key phrases for the search engines to correctly categorize your website. Like so many other things in SEO, eventually you will come up with your own density formula through experimentation, trial and error.
